YogaDiaries – Week 19

I was fit and fine this week and I had so much fun practising the yoga asanas. We are now experiencing each and every pose in detail. I am glad that I recovered from the Viral Fever and Acidity because I enjoyed the asanas this week. Also, we learnt in depth about Shavasana and the relaxation technique. I have never felt so relaxing in this class before this last session.

We also saw a couple of more shudhikriyas, though they look tricky right now, I am sure I’ll be able to perform them with the able guidance of my Gurus. There was also this good and motivating lecture on the mind, that I’ll be writing a post especially for that one topic.
