YogaDiaries – Week 10

Again I couldn’t attend one class this week and I feel terrible about the same. So our First Term’s Examination dates have been announced and there is hardly anytime left for it. I am yet to complete my assignments and read the books that were given to us for reference.

As far the Asanas are concerned, we learnt more new asanas this week and I feel really happy and relaxed while doing them. Now that it has been 10 weeks, I can confidently say that it is because of Yoga that I feel good, confident and positive about myself. Even my body, I am much more confident about it. My mind is kind of relaxed and takes things slowly. Earlier, I used to react to situations almost instantly, but now, I kind of take it slow and don’t let it bother me to a great extent.

Yoga is not only helping me physically, but also mentally, emotionally and spiritually. And I am grateful to that.

I am in love with Yoga!
