Anger

Anger is solid and powerful emotion. But a moment of anger has the power to spoil everything. Anger doesn’t do well to anyone. It has many negative impacts on health too. Just like one matchstick can burn 1000 trees, anger has the potential to burn everything. But it is very important to control this anger and incorporate ‘Anger Management’ in our lives. There are many ways in which one can keep his temperament in check. The best method is to laugh whenever you are angry, just like Boman Irani n MunnaBhai MBBS. Be compassionate for others. Go for morning walks. The cool breeze can really soothe you down; walking bare foot on wet grass also helps. Listen to good and soft music that relaxes your mind and not disturbs it. Before getting angry on anyone or anything, try being in their place for a minute. Whenever you are about to blast off, imagining your loved ones face helps to a great extent. Exercise regularly. Take time off you busy schedule and do more of what makes you happy. No one loves the ‘angry young man’ but everyone do enjoy being around ‘happy-go-lucky man.’
So one should always remove the mask of anger and wear a beautiful smile everyday and spread happiness all around and make this a better place for you and for me.
